Terms and Conditions

CHRISTMAS 2009 DELIVERIES:
The last order date for UK mainland deliveries is Thursday 17th December 2009. For all other deliveries, we would advise to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

PAYMENT TYPES
Offspring London accepts Visa (except Visa Electron), Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT
We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can now dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder.

We operate an address verification system for your security.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

SIZES
All sizes are shown in UK sizes, though sze conversion is available.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order in 5-6 working days.

UK: Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
International: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

UK / Channel Islands: £3.50
Southern Ireland:£9.00
Northern Ireland:£7.50
Western Europe: £15.00
Rest of the world: £25.00

Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Offspring.

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
UK: Your items are sent by Home Delivery Network between the hours of 0700-1900 Monday-Friday. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified HDNL will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.
International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

STUDENT DISCOUNTS
Unfortunately www.offspring.co.uk does not run a student discount offer.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

PPlease state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into any Offspring store, where they will be happy to return the goods to us on your behalf, free of charge.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.

All Exclusive and Vault stock should be returned to the address stated on the postcard you receive with your purchase. All other returns should go to the above address.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Offspring try to get our order out as soon as possible, to cancel your order you can phone the sales team on 08450 580777, unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company so Offspring will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case

CHRISTMAS 2009 RETURN POLICY:
All purchases made after 28th November 2009 can be returned for an exchange or a full refund until 10th January 2010. Usual return conditions apply.

VALIDATION CHECKS
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Offspring will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll Data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.offspring.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
