We’re celebrating the launch of the latest FENTY x PUMA Creepers, and we couldn’t do it without you. We partnered with esteemed community members Tasha P, Safeen, Camille and Tasha B to showcase their unique style interpretations for these pairs.
We enlisted our community photographer, @mearakallista the task of capturing the unique style of the girls, as they showcase their individual interpretations of the latest FENTY x PUMA Creepers in the ‘Green Fog’ and ‘Cream White’ colourways.
I plan to style my pair of with an asymmetric midi skirt, printed tee and statement earrings – this will be my go-to spring look. I feel like the Creeper is the perfect transitional shoe, especially the Green Fog colourway, giving all the spring vibes! I like to ensure a part of my outfit has a nod to the colour of my shoes too.
This season, I think I'll definitely be pairing them with earthy tones and looser silhouettes. I’m a big fan of sand wash jeans right now, oversized shorts and long sleeve button up shirts. I think that would be such a vibe with the Creeper Phatty’s.
To style my pair of FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty’s I’m thinking of something comfortable, trendy and streetwear. I’ll wear a lil white top with a green baseball jacket and a sleeveless puffy floral jacket to bring some colour and craziness to the look. And finally, blue denim cargo’s for the bottoms will do the job and bring that streetwear vibe!
You can catch me styling my creepers with oversized trousers, skirts and jeans for sure, for the pure fact that the silhouette is on the chunky side. Shorts and oversized pants would work so well with this style of shoe especially for the upcoming seasons. Not only are the earth tones versatile but you can style them with most things.
Last week, we took four community members down to the exclusive launch event where they were able to document the night and even be in the same room as @badgalriri herself.
The highlight of the evening was hearing DJ SkylaTyla playing an Amapiano remix of Where have you been by Rihanna accompanied by Solasriss, a live saxophonist. Hearing that whilst Rihanna walked in was insane.
My highlight of the night would be being surrounded by all the amazing female creators! Especially the Offspring gals as it really made the experience so enjoyable and felt like a real girl’s night out. Also breathing the same air as Rihanna duh…
A moment that really stood out for me at the event was seeing Rihanna in person, just watching how genuine and open she was when asked to take pictures and the level of patience and interaction she gave everybody she met. Not to mention that fit! Her style is next to none. The overall aesthetic was unmatched. Also, shout out to DJ SkylaTylaa for her fire set. The event was a vibe!
First of all, thanks again to Offspring and PUMA for the invitation to the FENTY Creeper Phatty Party! Obviously, the highlight of this amazing party was Rihanna and her entrance. It was so cool to see her in real life! Too bad Asap Rocky was not joining her ;)
